Make your message easy to resolve
Include the relevant page address, business name or trip name and a short description of the problem. For billing, include your account email and a receipt reference if available. Never send passwords, payment-card numbers or one-time verification codes.
Travel reservations
For a booking change, cancellation or refund, contact the hotel, airline, ticket seller or other provider shown on your confirmation. WTDO membership support is separate from that provider’s reservation support.
Privacy and accessibility
Use the same contact email for privacy requests, inaccurate business information, accessibility difficulties or concerns about content. Describe the affected page and the change you are requesting.
