Billing & cancellations

Know what you are paying for, when billing begins and how to stop renewal. WTDO memberships and travel bookings are separate purchases.
Current Butler prices
Butler: $3.99 per month or $39 per year. Butler+: $5.99 per month or $59 per year. Annual prices are charged annually, not as twelve monthly installments. Stripe checkout shows the final amount, any applicable tax and the billing period before you confirm.
Your 30-day trial
Eligible new members receive one 30-day trial per account on either monthly or annual billing. A payment method is collected. Unless canceled before the first charge date displayed at checkout, the selected subscription begins charging and renews at the stated monthly or annual rate. An account that has already used its membership trial is not eligible for another trial.
Manage or cancel
Open My USA, open Butler, then choose Membership & billing and Manage or cancel billing to open Stripe’s secure portal. Cancel before the trial’s first charge date to avoid that subscription charge. For a paid period, cancellation stops the next renewal; the portal displays the access end date. Keep the cancellation confirmation. If the portal does not open or the subscription looks wrong, email info@wtdousa.com. Clearing browser data, deleting the app shortcut or stopping use does not cancel billing.
Business promotion
An approved free business listing and optional paid promotion are separate. USA promotion is currently $15 monthly for eligible published businesses. Payment begins only through the subscription checkout you authorize. Review any offer or trial terms shown at that checkout; the Butler trial described above does not promise a business-advertising trial. Complimentary owner features do not require a paid advertising subscription.
Charges and refund requests
Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous charge. Email info@wtdousa.com with the account email, approximate charge date and a receipt reference if available. Do not email card numbers or verification codes. WTDO reviews billing errors, duplicate charges, access problems and refund requests against the transaction and applicable consumer rights. This page does not promise a refund approval or a processing time.
Hotel, flight, event and rental purchases
The provider receiving your booking payment handles reservation changes, cancellation fees and refunds under its own terms. WTDO cannot cancel those reservations by canceling your membership. Check the provider confirmation and contact the provider directly. Affiliate-link activity is not proof that a booking was completed.
