This notice covers the WTDO USA website, travel planning, Butler and USA business listings. It explains the information used to provide those services.
Browsing and search
Cloudflare hosts and protects WTDO and processes technical requests that can include IP addresses and browser information. WTDO records page-load counts and booking-link activity. The anonymous page-load counter excludes account identifiers, query strings and referrers and honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Those signals do not prevent technical requests needed to deliver a page. Destination and weather searches send the place you enter to the relevant lookup provider. Maps and external services may receive technical information when loaded.
Your account and trips
WTDO uses the account information, verification records, trip preferences, dates, destinations and booking details you provide to operate your account and organize your trips. Stripe supplies billing identifiers and membership status; Stripe handles payment-card entry. Your private trip is separate from your public business listing. If you create or share a trip link, treat it as access to the shared information and share it only with intended recipients.
Screenshot imports and AI
When you choose Read screenshot, the image is sent to Cloudflare AI for extracting booking details. The current screenshot-import flow does not save the original image in WTDO storage. Extracted details are added to the trip only after you review and save them. Crop out payment information, passport details and other unnecessary sensitive information before sending an image. Text and trip information supplied to AI features are processed to produce the requested guidance. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Location, weather and notifications
Device location is optional and requires your permission. You can enter a town or ZIP code instead. A saved weather location is used to check that area; it is not continuous live GPS tracking. Notifications depend on your settings, device support and permission. Calendar exports and downloaded files may contain trip details; protect them as you would other travel documents.
Business information and service providers
Published business names, addresses, map locations, photos, menus, hours and other public listing details may be viewed, shared and indexed by search engines. Business verification uses established contact information and verification records. WTDO uses Cloudflare for hosting, storage and AI, Brevo for service emails and Stripe for billing. Place lookup, map, weather and booking providers have their own practices. Opening a booking link sends you to that provider; the affiliate program may attribute eligible activity.
Storage, choices and requests
Browser storage and service workers can store preferences and offline assets on your device. You can clear them in browser settings. Service records may be retained while needed for the service, security, billing or applicable legal obligations. Email info@wtdousa.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to ask about sharing or retention. Some records may need to be retained. Disable location or notification permission in your device settings if desired.
