WTDO USA service terms
Updated October 6, 2026
WTDO USA helps you discover places, plan trips and organize travel information. These terms describe the travel service and USA business listings.
Your account and information
Use accurate contact information, protect your sign-in methods and share only information or images you have permission to use. Do not impersonate a business, misuse another person’s account or submit unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. Contact info@wtdousa.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Planning and travel providers
Guides, AI suggestions, weather, maps and reminders are planning aids. Check important facts, opening hours, travel conditions, accessibility, reservation details and safety information with official sources and your providers. WTDO is not an emergency service. Travel providers confirm bookings and handle their own payments, cancellations and refunds. A booking-link click does not confirm a reservation or automatically add it to Butler.
Free planning and optional membership
Browsing and free planning do not require a paid Butler membership. Free and paid features have the limits shown in the service. Butler currently costs $3.99 monthly or $39 annually; Butler+ costs $5.99 monthly or $59 annually. Eligible new members receive one 30-day trial per account. A payment method is required for the trial; the selected subscription renews at the displayed rate after the trial unless canceled before its first charge date. Checkout displays final amounts, dates and any applicable taxes.
Changes, cancellation and help
Manage or cancel membership through your account’s Membership & billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal; the billing portal shows your access end date. Canceling WTDO does not cancel a travel reservation. Contact WTDO about a duplicate charge, an access problem or a refund request. Requests are reviewed against the transaction and applicable consumer rights; cancellation alone does not automatically refund an earlier charge. See Billing & cancellations for the steps.
Business listings and paid promotion
Represent a business only with current authority. Adding a draft or asking for verification does not start a paid subscription. Public listings require the applicable verification and publication checks. Optional USA promotion is currently $15 per month for eligible businesses, as shown at checkout. Placements are selected for relevance and availability; WTDO does not guarantee views, bookings, revenue or search ranking. Sponsored and owner-associated features are identified where shown. Businesses are responsible for accurate details, permissions for uploaded material and updating outdated information.
Sharing, availability and contact
Private sharing is separate from public posting. Public community posting and groups are currently paused. Some features depend on providers, device support and permissions; availability and limits may change. Material paid-service changes will be explained through the service or billing flow. No terms here remove rights that apply under applicable law. For service questions, account requests or business assistance, contact info@wtdousa.com.
