A place worth knowing
Begin at the harbor before choosing a separate North Shore park or lighthouse outing. Two Harbors makes a useful base, but Gooseberry Falls and Split Rock are drives farther up the shore. Check seasonal access and take time at one place instead of racing between overlooks.
